AB The article deals with a residential house in the Klučov Farmstead that received its current appearance in the early 20th century. But a layout that faithfully corresponds with the house description in the 1673-1677 urbarium known as the Kostelec Golden Book has survived on the ground floor. The house layout, vaults, and portals indicate its origin before the beginning of the 17th century, at the time of an unparalleled boom of farming when the Smiřický family administered the Kostelec nad Černými lesy domain.
